Change: It starts in the United States
The United States wields an outsized influence on the rest of the world, considering its economic and military might.
In the next four years, this might have a positive effect on our health.
If you followed the recently held elections, you might have heard that Robert Kennedy is likely to play a role in shaping the health, agriculture and pharmaceutical industries.
If this occurs, it will have a major effect on both the US and the global community.
Robert Kennedy has strong views on many subjects, but food and medicine are close to his heart.
He does not believe in vaccines, has been critical of fluoride in our water, has been critical of the role played by the FDA and supports a healthy lifestyle.
In particular, he has been critical of leaders such as Anthony Fauci and his links to the pharmaceutical industry.
He has also been a powerful advocate of alternative wellness and changing your diet and exercise to be healthy.
This will have a profound effect on the rest of the world, especially India.
India has a rich history of alternative medicine, including Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Homeopathy and Yoga.
While this tradition remains strong, we have been influenced to a great extent by American culture.
Fast food, processed food, with ingredients that no one can pronounce, delivered instantly to our doorstep, for example. Even natural food modified till we cant recognize it anymore.
A medicine to counteract the effects of this lifestyle.
The outcome is evident in our health standards. We are quickly becoming the epicenter of metabolic disorders - blood sugar, fatty liver, hypertension and poor sleep.
It is my hope that America changes and along with that, we are influenced as well.
You may or may not agree with the incumbent President or even Robert Kennedy.
But our health statistics and those of the United States clearly reflect the negative effects of our lifestyle. Quickly, seven lifestyle diseases have become the among the top ten reasons we die.
It is my hope change is about to come.
