Exercise

The human body is built to move, so move!

I track the total time I exercised, my heart rate while I exercised and the calories I burnt. The calories are usually inaccurate. My watch over estimates my calorie burn though it has gotten better over time. An hour of walking would show a calorie burn of 400 calories. Nowadays that is closer to about 150-200.
