Respiration – how can you clear your respiratory sytesm

Your respiration system is vital to your health. Millions of people around the world suffer from poor breathing. Denied of oxygen, they suffer from fatigue or worse. What can you do to keep your respiratory system clear?
 
Your breathing system includes your nose, throat, sinuses, and lungs. One of the best ways to keep your respiratory system clear is to practice good hygiene. This means washing your hands. Avoid touching your face, and covering your mouth when you sneeze or cough.
 
Despite good hygiene if you are still suffering tune in. Controlled coughing is a way to clear your lungs. In controlled coughing you are making a deliberate effort to cough. The force of the cough expels trapped substances in your respiratory tract.
 
Postural draining is another technique you can use. Simply put, you are using gravity to drain trapped substances. For example, lying on your stomach with your chest and head slanted down with your hips and legs elevated. In such a practice, the focus has to be on your breathing to exhale the trapped substances.
 
Check percussion is another technique. In this technique an expert will tap against your chest. The aim is to dislodge trapped particles. The vibration from the tapping causes the micro molecules to move.
 
You can use a device known as the Acapalle DM. The device helps you perform something known as vibratory PEP therapy. Using the device clears up your lungs of foreign particles and mucus clearing up respiration. 
 
As with everything else, these should be performed with caution. Especially if you are a patient suffering from lung diseases such as COPD, Bronchitis. It is easy to faint from too little air or damage your respiratory system. Such techniques and tools are best advised under some form of guidance. Your simplest bet is to find a good yoga practitioner. Yoga comes with few side effects.
